All tours must be booked through recognized Bhutanese Tour Operator such as Bhutan Creative Tours and the agent will make the entire arrangements. For all Cultural Tours, the booking must be completed four weeks in advance but for tours during festivals, eight weeks advance booking is required. Festivals held in autumn and spring are peak time for the tourists and without early reservations; it can be difficult to confirm flights and hotels. For trekking groups, it is important to do bookings at least a month in advance, as it requires much planning.
